bertkoor's new home page

For well over a decade I had (not) used an obscure CMS based on PHP. The home page I had before 2012 was generated from a MS-Word '97 document.

This next iteration of my simple home page is a static page again, generated from a MarkDown document by Eleventy, styled by Bulma.

You'll like it. Not a lot, but you'll like it ;-)

My content:

• stamboom.bertkoor.nl is my genealogy in webtrees.
• VawoCalc is a simple electronics calculator for Voltage, Ampere, Watt & Ohm. Fill in any pair you know, and it will calculate the other two. The development of this JavaScript app back in 2012 taught me some HTML5 basics and earned me a small (now defunct) tablet.
• MusicCalc is a calculator for music to calculate note frequencies, sample lengths, BPM, etc.
• Checker is a boring page for LCD monitor calibration.
• GeneratePassword generates secure passwords.

And some old stuff:

• MP3 recordings of my old rock band Klips & Creeps.
• DateCalc is a calculator for genealogical dates.
• EbcdicAsciiTable is a conversion table between EBCDIC codepage IBM-037 and ASCII codepage Windows-1252.
